Gaminho is a mobile gaming company created in 2015 by 2 “hard core sports fans” brothers dedicated to bringing innovative gaming experiences to sports fans.
While Gaminho has released several games since its creation, it is today mostly known as the creator of TOP SEED Tennis Manager, the number 1 tennis management game on mobile with more than 5 millions players.
Gaminho’s ambition and positioning is unique today: be a worldwide leader of the mobile sports games industry and a major media for all sports fans around the world.
We are convinced that to reach that objective, we need people who share our values and ambition : we are a fast-moving company and we need people who will never be satisfied with status-quo, people who work towards continuous improvement (best example being Rafael Nadal, one of our idols who don’t get discouraged by difficulty but on the contrary, see it as a source of motivation).
As we are growing, attracting talents has become one of our biggest challenges (accepted ;)). We are searching for our Talent Manager to help us build the dream team.
Reporting directly to our CEO and managing an HR intern, you will be in charge of attracting the best talents, retain them and developing Gaminho’s Employer Brand to share our culture and values.
In charge of the entire recruitment process
Take full ownership of the talent acquisition plan (Product, Marketing, Data etc)
Build your own strategy to grow a solid pipeline of potential candidates
Be in charge of the entire recruitment process : need definition (scorecards), write job descriptions, source and assess candidates, organize interview process
Bring a top-notch Employee experience
Collaborate closely with team leads to better understand and challenge their needs and decisions
Bring the best possible candidate experience from the 1st interaction through to onboarding
Propose and participate in talent management initiatives (onboarding, training…)
Be data-driven and strive for continuous improvement
Monitor and report recruitment & engagement metrics to identify best practices and pain points
Build Employer Brand
Help us communicate on our culture and values
Represent Gaminho at recruiting events
Source and explore new channels to give us more visibility
Requirements for the job
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position as a Recruiter in tech (ideally on mobile) and/or fast-paced environment
You have an advanced vision of what the Employee experience should be (from the importance of growing a solid candidate sourcing strategy to strive to provide the best employee experience)
You are organized, data-driven and always have quality in mind
You have excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both French & English
Entrepreneurial mindset, always willing to make things happen
A recruitment lover, full of empathy for candidates
Solution-oriented, strategic, passionate and always striving for continuous improvement
You want to work in a start-up where you can leave your mark and contribute to build something big
