Your mission: to support the Key Account Management and Customer Success teams in their crazy adventures in order to offer Ocus customers an unforgettable customer journey!
Your main missions:
Support Kams and Csms during customer onboardings
Participate in creative reflection around the customer journey
Contribute to the operational deployment of major international accounts
